摘要
基于流体力学基本理论,推导了节流调速中体积流量与流速系数、收缩系数、节流孔径及压差的关系模型;分析了负载、恒压设定值及节流孔径与流量刚度的相关性;比较了不同黏度、节流孔径时形成紊流的理论临界速度;推导了避免节流调速时产生气穴的参数匹配要求。研究结果可指导节流调速的实际应用。
Based on the basic theory of fluid mechanics,the relationship model of volume flow and velocity coefficient,shrinkage coefficient,orifice aperture and pressure difference in throttling speed regulation is deduced.The dependence of load,constant pressure setting and orifice aperture on flow stiffness is analyzed.The theoretical critical velocities for turbulent flow formation at different viscosities and throttling apertures are compared.The parameter matching requirements to avoid cavitation during throttling and speed regulation are deduced.The research results can guide the practical application of throttling speed regulation.
