摘要
针对滚动轴承的故障率问题,采用六自由度集中参数模型进行仿真分析,通过对故障缺陷深度变化进行动态建模来构建外圈、内圈和滚动体故障模型并产生仿真数据,并通过与实验数据对比验证。结果表明,所设计的轴承集中参数模型能够有效反映内外圈和滚动体故障,使故障的主要特征表现出来。
Aiming at the failure rate of rolling bearings,the six-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter model is used for simulation analysis,and the outer ring,inner ring and rolling element fault models are constructed by dynamic modeling of the depth change of fault defects and simulation data are generated.The data comparison and verification show that the designed bearing centralized parameter model can effectively reflect the faults of the inner and outer rings and rolling elements,so that the main characteristics of the faults can be displayed.
