对国外家庭护士资质、能力要求、角色职能以及家庭护理本科生、研究生教育和过渡期教育等内容展开综述,并针对我国家庭护士发展现状提出相关建议,旨在为国内专业家庭护理人才的培养和发展提供借鉴。

This paper reviews the qualifications,ability requirements and role functions of family health nurses abroad as well as the training courses for undergraduates and graduates and those in the transition period.Based on the current situation of professional family health nursing in China,it puts forward relevant suggestions,aiming to provide reference for the cultivation and development of such nursing talents in China.
