快速康复外科理念结合舒适护理对腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术后疼痛的影响

A comparative study of the effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with comfort nursing on pain after tension-free inguinal hernia repair

目的分析快速康复外科理念结合舒适护理对腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术后疼痛情况的影响。方法选择庐江县人民医院2019年12月至2020年8月收治的60例进行腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组患者30例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行快速康复外科理念结合舒适护理干预。对比分析2组术后各时段疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、术后恢复情况、手术并发症及满意度等。结果观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在术后胃肠道功能恢复方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度(96.67%)显著高于对照组患者满意度(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念结合舒适护理能有效减少腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术患者的疼痛情况,提高康复质量,加快患者术后恢复,提高患者满意度。

Objective Analyze the effect of the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept combined with comfortable nursing on the pain after tension-free inguinal hernia repair.Methods Sixty patients who underwent tension-free inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from December 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were stochastically divided into two groups.The 30 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group of 30 patients underwent rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with comfortable nursing intervention.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,postoperative recovery,surgical complications,and satisfaction degree were compared and analyzed at each postoperative period of the two groups.Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate(6.67%)of the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(23.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with comfortable nursing can effectively reduce the pain of patients undergoing tension-free inguinal hernia repair,improve the quality of rehabilitation,speed up the recovery of patients after surgery,and improve patient satisfaction.
