英国叙事模式对“讲好中国故事”的启示——以英国“莎士比亚叙事”为例

“讲好中国故事”的提出旨在提升宣传思想工作实效性和主流意识形态话语权,是中国宣传话语体系建设上的重大创新,但其在长期实践发展过程中存在对外话语“破”多,对内话语“立”少;官方讲述故事主体居多,民间叙事偏少;叙事传播模式创新困难,文化传播乏力等问题。借鉴英国“莎士比亚叙事”在统筹设计、叙事内容、叙事媒介等多方面的成功实践,有助于构建“讲好中国故事”协同性和常态化保障机制、打造“讲好中国故事”“两赋”实践机制、把握“讲好中国故事”“时事势”阐发机制,确保“讲好中国故事”实践行稳致远。

The proposal of “telling China’s stories” aims to enhance the effectiveness of propaganda and ideological work and the right of mainstream ideological discourse, which is a major innovation in the construction of propaganda discourse system in China, but in the course of long-term practice and development, there are some problems such as more external Western discourses “breaking” and less “standing” on internal discourses, weak cultural communication,etc. It is helpful to construct the mechanism of synergy and normalization of “telling China’s stories”, to build a practical mechanism of “telling China’s stories”, to grasp the mechanism of“telling China’s stories” and “time, case and situation”, and to ensure the stable and sustainable practice of “telling China’s stories”.
