基于工作室模式高职学生双创能力的培养——以闽西职业技术学院“天然药物工作室”为例

Cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability for college students based on studio mode——Taking “natural medicine studio” in Minxi Vocational and Technical College as an example

发展高质量的职业教育,关键是创新人才培养模式,而工作室育人有助于人才培养模式的创新。以“天然药物工作室”为载体,探索基于“天然药物工作室”的双创人才培养模式,学生在工作室的项目实践中锻炼了专业技能,提升了双创能力。通过工作室创新的育人实践,逐步形成了“研训联动、技术导向”的人才培养新路径,为高质量双创人才的培养发挥更好的作用。

To develop high quality vocational education,the key is to innovate the talent training mode,and studio education is helpful to the innovation of talent training mode.Taking the“natural medicine studio”as the carrier,the educational path of scientific research and innovative and entrepreneurial practice in vocational colleges was actively explored,and the innovative practice system of pharmaceutical education in higher vocational colleges was constructed,so that students could explore the inner connection of medical science in practice,exercise scientific thinking,and improve their comprehensive ability and quality.
