学前教育英语口语线上教学问题与对策——基于马斯洛需求层次理论 被引量:1

摘要 为更好地了解疫情期间线上教学效果,以英语口语课为切入点,对嘉应学院梅州师范分院2018级学前教育专业学生进行问卷调查。调查结果表明,线上教学存在教学资源鱼龙混杂、师生互动严重不足、学生自主学习能力普遍较差等问题。以马斯洛需求层次理论为依据,学前教育英语口语线上教学应提升教学平台质量以满足学生的“生理需求”,利用优质网络资源以满足学生的“安全需求”,设计课堂互动环节以满足学生的“社交需求”,培养学生自主学习能力以满足学生的“自我实现需求”。 In order to better understand the effect of online teaching during Covid-19,a questionnaire survey was conducted among students majoring in preschool education in Grade 2018of Meizhou Normal Branch of Jiaying University,taking oral English classes as the entry point.The results show that there are some problems in online teaching,such as mixed teaching resources,insufficient interaction between teachers and students,and poor self-learning ability of students.Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs,the paper proposes that the teaching platform and teachers’information technology level should be improved to meet the students’“physiological needs”,high quality network resources be used to meet the students’“security requirements”,classroom interaction be designed to meet the students’“social needs”,and students’autonomous learning ability be cultivated to satisfy the students’“self-actualization needs”.
