明胶基纳米纤维膜的前沿进展

摘要 明胶作为一种天然的生物可降解材料,具有优异的成膜性及生物相容性等优良特性,在生物医药、食品包装、能源存储领域具有巨大的应用潜力。但天然明胶存在不抗菌、机械性能差等不足,限制了其工业规模化的进一步应用。因此,如何高效制备获得性能优异的明胶基纳米纤维材料成为当前的热点问题。静电纺丝是一种近年来新兴的纳米纤维材料制造技术,利用该技术工艺可获得具有不同结构和性能的明胶基纳米纤维膜材料,制备所得的膜材料展现出高孔隙率、高比表面积等优异特性。本文将从明胶及其纤维出发,总结明胶电纺及主要影响因素、概括了明胶基纳米纤维的应用,并针对目前存在的问题和未来的发展方向进行了讨论和展望,为明胶在新时代下的应用提供相应的理论指导及技术支撑。 As a natural biodegradable material,gelatin has excellent film-forming properties and biocompatibility,and has great application potential in the fields of biomedicine,food packaging,and energy storage.However,natural gelatin has shortcomings such as non-bacterial and poor mechanical properties,which limit its further application in industrial scale.Therefore,how to efficiently prepare and obtain gelatin-based nanofibrous materials with excellent properties has become a current hot issue.Electrospinning is an emerging nanofiber material manufacturing technology in recent years.Using this technical process,gelatin-based nanofiber membrane materials with different structures and properties can be obtained.The prepared membrane materials exhibit high porosity,high specific surface area,etc.Excellent properties.Starting from gelatin and its fibers,this paper summarizes gelatin electrospinning and the main influencing factors,and summarizes the application of gelatin-based nanofibers.The application provides corresponding theoretical guidance and technical support.
