医用组织粘合剂研究进展

Research Progress of Medical Tissue Adhesives

在外科手术中应用缝合线、铆钉以及皮肤闭合带等仍然是伤口闭合的金标准,但在复杂和敏感的手术中传统机械伤口闭合手段存在极大的操作局限性和不稳定性。组织粘合剂能够连接伤口边缘表面和防止界面分离,可以轻松的封闭均匀或不均匀的伤口,为组织闭合方法提供了更加新颖和有效的替代品手段。本文对市售组织粘合剂进行了调研,总结了组织粘合剂的作用机制,根据应用部位的不同对粘合剂结构组成、作用机制、理化性质和粘结性能进行了归纳,并对明胶基组织粘合剂的研究进展进行了着重介绍,旨在为组织粘附材料及其生物医学应用的创新研究提供指导。

The application of sutures,rivets and skin closure tapes in surgical operations is still the gold standard for wound closure,but traditional mechanical wound closure methods have great operational limitations and instability in complex and sensitive operations.Tissue adhesives can connect wound edge surfaces and prevent interface separation,and can easily seal homogeneous or uneven wounds,providing a more novel and effective alternative to tissue closure methods.In this paper,the commercially available tissue adhesives were investigated,and the mechanism of action of the tissue adhesive was summarized.The research progress of tissue-based adhesives is highlighted,aiming to provide guidance for innovative research on tissue-adhesive materials and their biomedical applications.
