“一带一路”为高职院校指明方向并给于政策支持,同时也带来了一些挑战。应用型人才培养是高职院校融入“一带一路”的必然选择。在“一带一路”背景下,河南高职院校如何培养应用型人才是需要认真思考的问题。本文立足于河南省当地,以服务“一带一路”为出发点,探讨关于高职院校农业相关专业应用型人才培养的建议。

"Belt and Road" points out the direction for higher vocational colleges and gives policy support,but also brings some challenges.Application-oriented talent training is the inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges to integrate into "Belt and Road".Under the background of "Belt and Road",how to cultivate applied talents in Henan higher vocational colleges is a problem that needs to be considered seriously.Based on the local area of Henan Province,this paper takes "Belt and Road" as the starting point to discuss the cultivation of applied talents in agriculture related majors in higher vocational colleges.
