乡村振兴背景下山东农业供给侧结构性改革促进农民消费研究——学习十九大精神体会

Under the Background of Rural Revitalization,Shandong Agricultural Supply-side Structural Reform Promotes Farmers’ Consumption

深化农业供给侧结构性改革对山东乡村振兴具有有效破解农业结构矛盾、不断提升农业效益和竞争力、逐渐推动农业机制体制创新等一系列意义深远。农业供给侧结构性改革能够过提高农产品技术创新水平、健全农产品消费市场环境、提升农产品品牌附加值、消除农产品市场信息不对称等途径释放城市居民对农产品的需求从而达到提高农民可支配收入数量促进其消费水平的提高的目的。从山东省政府的角度出发并基于农业供给侧结构性改革的理论分析本文提出了山东居民消费水平提升的一系列政策措施。
