摘要 随着时代的发展,人们对生态环境的保护意识越来越强,同时国家也在提倡使用可循环资源和太阳能等绿色资源。基于此本文利用麦秸纤维(WSF)和聚乳酸(PLA)经无水乙醇等酸碱浸泡烘干,经过粉碎机分解,使用熔融共混制得PLA/WSF复合材料,借助电子显微镜(SEM)和红外光谱对复合材料进行测试。同时研究了硅烷偶联剂(A171、KH550、A1100)对复合材料WSF/PLA产生的影响,试验结果表明在经过硅烷偶联剂A171处理后WSF的拉伸效果最好,在加入KH550后其力学性能增加,吸水性降低,但是KH550也改善了PLA/WSF的相容性。 With the development of the times,people are more and more aware of the protection of the ecological environment.At the same time,the state also advocates the use of recycling resources and solar energy.Based on this,PLA/WSF composites were prepared by using wheat straw fiber(WSF) and polylactic acid(PLA) by NaOH and other acid and alkali soaking and drying,decomposed by pulverizer,and then by melt blending.The composites were tested by electron microscope(SEM) and infrared spectrum.The effect of silane coupling agent(A171,KH550,A1100,) on WSF/PLA composites was also studied.The results showed that the tensile effect of WSF was the best after being treated with silane coupling agent A171,and the mechanical properties of WSF increased and the water absorption decreased after being added with KH550,but KH550 also improved the compatibility of WSF/PLA.
