摘要
目的:200m间歇跑是女子800m项目主要的速度耐力训练手段之一,探索女子800m亚运会冠军王春雨200m间歇训练的最佳训练间歇时间,对提高速度耐力训练的效能至关重要。方法:把王春雨在国内大型比赛后血乳酸峰值的40-50%设定为间歇训练适宜恢复范围(约8-9mmol/L),应用血乳酸(BLA)对其200m间歇跑训练的间歇时间进行跟踪监测和分析。结果:(1)200m全力跑BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要5-15min;(2)95%强度要求的2组200m间歇跑后BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要10-15min;(3)85%强度要求的4-6组200m间歇跑后BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要3-5min;(4)赛前训练期800m测试赛后BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要15min以上;(5)王春雨参加女子800m各类重大比赛后BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要20min以上。结论:(1)不同强度要求的200m间歇跑可以提高王春雨800m速度耐力水平;(2)王春雨速度耐力训练的耐乳酸最低恢复点为8-9mmol/L比较适宜;(3)不同组数、不同强度要求的200m间歇跑训练要因人而异;(4)应用BLA可以准确把握速度耐力训练间歇时间,对运动成绩的稳步提高具有促进作用。
Objective:200 m interval running is one of the main means of speed and endurance training in women’s 800m events.It is very important to explore the best interval time of 200 m interval training for women’s 800m Asian Games champion Wang Chunyu to improve the efficiency of speed and endurance training.Methods:Wang Chunyu’s 40-50%blood lactate peak value after domestic large-scale competitions was set as the suitable recovery range of intermittent training(about 8-9 mmol/L).The intermittent time of 200 m intermittent running training was monitored and analyzed by using blood lactate(BLA).Result:(1)It takes 5-15 minutes for BLA to recover to 8-9mmol/L in 200 m full-scale running;(2)10-15 minutes for BLA to recover to 8-9 mmol/L in two groups with 95%intensity requirement after 200 m intermittent running;(3)3-5 minutes for BLA to recover to 8-9 mmol/L in four-six groups with 85%intensity requirement after 200 m intermittent running;(4)more than 15 minutes for BLA to recover to 8-9 mmol/L after 800m test in pre-race training period;(5)It takes more than 20 minutes for Wang Chunyu to recover BLA to 8-9 mmol/L after participating in women’s 800m major competitions.Conclusion:(1)200 m interval running with different intensity requirements can improve Wang Chunyu’s 800m speed endurance level;(2)the lowest recovery point of lactic acid tolerance in Wang Chunyu’s speed endurance training is 8-9mmol/L,which is more suitable;(3)the 200 m interval running training with different groups and intensity requirements should vary from person to person;(4)The application of BLA can accurately grasp the interval time of speed and endurance training and promote the steady improvement of sports performance.
