摘要
现阶段,区域传统产业正向数字化、智能化加速转型升级,产业对具有创新思维、数字思维和智造思维的复合型新工科高技能人才需求量巨大。通过分析复合型高技能人才培养现状和高技能人才能力特征,构建基于KOMET理论的新工科高技能人才能力模型,搭建基于四阶段多层递进的复合型高技能培养平台,提出基于要求维度的差异化培养与教师工程师融通共育机制、项目化改造以及构建高技能人才评价体系与“智能”画像等培养策略,以期能促进产业转型升级和提升学生职业核心能力。
At present,regional traditional industries are accelerating the transformation and upgrading dig-ital intelligence.Also,industry has a great demand for compound new engineering high-skilled talents with innovative,digital and intelligent manufacturing thinking.The paper tries to study the current situation of compound high-skilled talents and analyze the ability characteristics of high skilled talents.The aim is to cultivate the ability model of new engineering high-skilled talents based on KOMET theory and build a training platform based on four stages and multi-layer progression.It seems necessary to focus on the dif-ferentiated training according to the required dimension,integrate co-education mechanism of teachers and engineers project transformation and other training strategies.On the other hand,it is essential to create evaluation system of high-skilled talents and the intelligent portrait of high skilled talents.Therefore,the new engineering compound high-skilled talents are important to promote industrial transformation and up-grade the improvement of students'professional core competence.
