“新工科”视域下基于BIM的工程管理专业人才培养模式的探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 建筑信息模型(BIM)技术是建筑行业发展的趋势,BIM人才的培养与输出不能满足建筑行业的需求。工程管理专业与BIM技术有着密切的联系。因此,在“新工科”视域下,将BIM技术纳入工程管理专业人才培养模式实现传统专业向新型专业的转型至关重要。通过校企联合创办广联达数字建筑学院的方式将BIM技术有机融入工程管理专业,从培养目标、培养规格、课程体系、教师队伍、实验条件以及培养路径六个方面探索人才培养模式,提出“2+1+4”的教学模式,改革成效良好。 It is well-known that BIM technology is the development trend of the construction industry.The cultivation and output of BIM talents cannot meet the needs of the construction industry.Engineering management is closely related to BIM Technology.Therefore,from the perspective of new engineering,it is important to bring BIM technology into the talent cultivation model of engineering management specialty so as to realize the transformation from traditional specialty to new specialty.The paper tries to expound that BIM Technology is organically integrated into the engineering management specialty by means of col-lege and enterprise joint establishment of Guanglianda digital architecture college.The talent cultivation model is explored from six aspects such as training objectives,training specifications,curriculum system,faculty,experimental conditions and training path.It seems that the teaching model of"2+1+4"could be recommended and the reform effect is well recognized.
