摘要
应用型本科高校产教融合发展和内涵式建设背景下,如何实现专业人才培养与产业人才需要的“无缝对接”,一直是政府、高校、专业、产业以及企业着力探索解决的重点问题之一。应用型专业人才培养模式设计“为什么”“如何设”和“怎么接”问题是应用型本科院校亟需明确的。酒店管理专业作为应用型专业,其人才培养模式的设计很大程度上影响到专业、学生与产业人才需求的对接。深度分析瑞士洛桑模式下酒店管理专业的人才培养模式设计思想、实践教学设置、课程体系设置和教师队伍建设等方面的经验,提出适合中国国情的应用型高校酒店管理专业人才培养模式高质量建设思路。
Under background of integrating industry and education in application-oriented colleges,it is important to know how to realize the seamless connection between professional talent cultivation and indus-trial talent needs.In terms of colleges,how to conduct talent cultivation model design is urgently needed to be clarified in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.As an applied major,the design of the talent cultivation model of hotel management has great impact on the connection of the professional,student and industrial talent needs.Therefore,the paper tries to analyze the design thought,practical teaching setting,curriculum system setting and teacher team building of the hotel management major in Lausanne model.The aim is to recommend some measures for hotel management major.
