甘麦大枣汤合酸枣仁汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症的临床研究

Clinical study on Ganmai Dazhao Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the Treatment of Depression of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的研究探讨甘麦大枣汤合酸枣仁汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症的临床疗效,总结临床治疗经验。方法选94例我院诊断为肝郁脾虚型抑郁症的患者,按照随机数字表抽取法平均分为2组,各为47例,对照组采用盐酸氟西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用甘麦大枣汤合酸枣仁汤加减治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前后的中医症候积分、抑郁评分和睡眠质量评分。结果两组患者治疗前中医证候评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后中医证候评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分与治疗前相比显著降低(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后中医证候评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组治疗后水平(P<0.05)。结论甘麦大枣汤合酸枣仁汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症的临床疗效显著,可明显改善中医证候,减轻抑郁程度,改善睡眠质量,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Ganmai Dazhao Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and summarize the clinical treatment experience.Methods 94 patients with depression diagnosed as liver depression and spleen deficiency in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Ganmai Dazhao Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared Depression score and sleep quality score.Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,HAMD score and PSQI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,HAMD score and PSQI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The scores of TCM syndrome,HAMD and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganmai Dazhao Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency depression.They can significantly improve TCM syndrome,reduce the degree of depression and improve sleep quality.They have important clinical application value.
