摘要
由于土壤细菌是森林生态系统中促进养分循环和能量流动的重要推动力,分子生态网络分析(MENs)作为一种系统分析工具,通过模拟和构建生态系统中物质循环与能量流动的分子生态网络拓扑结构模型,可以从整体角度分析生态系统的内部和整体属性及其变化规则。因此,利用分子生态网络分析对森林土壤细菌群落进行整体研究具有良好的应用和发展前景。基于此,对分子生态网络分析的起源、构建方法与特征、研究现状等进行了归纳和总结,展望了未来研究方向,以期为今后的森林土壤细菌群落生态学研究提供参考。
Soil bacteria are an important driving force to promote nutrient cycle and energy flow in forest ecosystem.As a system analysis tool,molecular ecological network analysis(MENs)can analyze the internal and overall attributes and change rules of ecosystem from an overall perspective by simulating and constructing the molecular ecological network topology model of material cycle and energy flow in ecosystem.Therefore,using molecular ecological network analysis to study the whole forest soil bacterial community has a good application and development prospect.Based on this,this paper summarizes the origin,construction methods,characteristics and research status of molecular ecological network analysis,and looks forward to the future research direction,in order to provide reference for the future study of forest soil bacterial community ecology.
