阶次分析技术在制动抖动分析中的应用

摘要 制动抖动是由制动引起的车辆振动现象,制动过程是时域内的非平稳过程,相关信号的分析处理不能简单地应用傅里叶变换,而阶次分析技术可以有效地分析旋转机构,在制动相关的工况分析中有着极大的应用价值。文章以某车型制动抖动问题为研究对象,应用阶次分析的方法处理试验数据,介绍了阶次分析技术在制动抖动分析中的应用方法,创造性地提出了不同阶次成分对应的抖动机理,并由此找出了制动抖动的成因,为解决制动抖动问题指明了一种一般性的方法。 Braking joggle is a vehicle vibration phenomenon caused by braking. The braking process is a non-stationary process in the time domain. The analysis and processing of related signals cannot simply apply Fourier transform, but the order analysis is effectively for the rotating mechanism, which has great application value in the analysis of braking conditions. In this paper, the braking joggle of a vehicle is taken as the research object, and order analysis is applied to deal with the test data. The application method of order analysis in braking joggle analysis is introduced, creatively propose the joggle mechanism corresponding to different order components, and thus the cause of braking joggle is found out, and a general approach is pointed out to solve the problem of braking joggle.
