江苏文脉中的儒学传承与江苏文化精神

The Confucian Tradition in Jiangsu Literature Context and the Jiangsu Cultural Spirit

儒学是江苏文脉传承中的一个重要元素,历史上江苏地域的儒学不仅大师辈出,著述丰富,而且特色鲜明,成就卓著。本文指出,古代江苏地区的儒学更多地具有民间与士人的自发性,较少官方主导;江苏儒学更具有兼容并蓄,融会贯通的色彩,这既体现于对不同学派思想的包容与吸收,也体现于不同学术门类之间的贯通与联系,还表现为南北学术风格的交融与综合;江苏儒学更具有变通和创新精神,在儒学史上一些关键时期,起到了引领发展新方向的作用。此外,儒家思想与江苏地方文化交互影响,凝聚为某些具有江苏特色的文化精神,具体表现为:面向生活,注重实效的现实主义精神;灵活变通,兼容并蓄的开拓精神;稳健笃实、温柔敦厚的中道精神。

Confucianism is an important part of the inheritance of historical context in Jiangsu area.In the history,Jiangsu Confucianism not only contributed a great number of masters and works,but also formed its own regional characteristics.Comparatively speaking,Confucianism in ancient Jiangsu region had more civic spontaneity and less official dominance.Jiangsu Confucianism is more inclusive and tolerant in terms of integrating different schools of thought,connecting different academic disciplines,as well as synthesizing academic styles in the North and South.Jiangsu Confucianism is more flexible and innovative,and has played a role in leading the new direction of development of Confucianism in some key periods in the history.The basic values of Confucianism also has a deep impact on the cultural characteristics of Jiangsu,which is embodied in the realistic and life oriented pragmatism,flexible and inclusive pioneering spirit;steady,gentle and harmonious customs,etc.
