耐磨泵体铸件的生产工艺分析

摘要 根据泵体铸件的使用工况,选用QT600-3作为材料,制定了泵体铸件的铸造工艺为采用树脂砂造型、制芯工艺。生产过程注意化学成分的控制,采用冲入法球化处理、包内孕育+随流孕育二阶段孕育处理工艺,保证球化质量。生产出样件的各项结果表明:泵体铸件抗拉强度≥600 MPa,延伸率≥3%,硬度190 HB~240 HB,球化级别均为2级,石墨大小都是6级,基体珠光体组织均大于70%,性能完全满足客户要求。 According to the operating conditions of the pump body casting,the production technology of the pump body casting is worked out,such as adopting resin sand molding and core making technology,selecting specific chemical composition,the spheroidizing treatment by the method of impingement,the inoculation in the bag and the two-stage inoculation with the flow were adopted.The production results show that the pump body casting has good mechanical properties,excellent wear resistance and longer service life,fully meet customer requirements.
