摘要
大桥散索鞍鞍头铸钢件所用材料为ZG270-480H,铸件毛重163 t,由于散索鞍鞍头铸件应用的特殊性和重要性,对铸件的力学性能提出了较高的要求。为了保证铸件的质量,从冒口设计、砂芯设计、补贴增肉设计、工艺参数、浇注系统布置、铸件清理等方面进行了严格的设计计算,并结合MAGMA软件仿真模拟铸件凝固结果,制定了铸造工艺。在生产过程严格工艺规程,保证各个工序质量,减少铸件各类缺陷的发生,保证了铸件质量。
The cast steel for loose cable saddle head of bridge is zG270-480H,and the casting gross weight is 163t.The mechanical properties of castings have higher requirements.In order to ensure the quality of casting,the design and calculation are carried out from the aspects of riser,sand core,subsidy,technological parameters,pouring system,casting cleaning and so on.The solidification process was simulated using MAGMA software and the casting process was developed.
