摘要 目的基于RFID技术建立医疗设备管理体系的结构,实现医疗设备信息化、合理化、规范化管理.方法采用三层框架结构,运用RFID技术构建医疗设备管理体系结构的模型,实现医疗设备全生命周期的实时监控、数据采集、数据分析及智能报警,对执行系统后记录数据与未执行系统记录数据通过SPSS 25.0分析.结果两种模式下资产管理通过率资产管理通过率、报废通过率、培训合格率、设备完好率、故障率、平均相应时间、维修效率、预防性维护完成率、质控检测完成率[传统模式下(94.84%、91.26%、94.62%、96.25%、24.68%、30.29min、93.66%、91.43%、83.52%)vs质量管理体系结构模式下(97.57%、98.73%、97.47%、98.51%、20.84%、5.65min、98.47%、98.79%、92.38%)]差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论信息化管理加强了医疗设备的管理,避免了资产流失;数据的实时监管提高使用人员对设备熟练程度,减少因使用不当引起不良事件发生和设备故障;智能化数据分析和信息化管理缩短了设备维修时间,提升各项工作效率和设备的完好率,降低设备故障率,有效保障了医疗设备安全可靠的使用,实现设备目录化、条理化、规范化、智能化管理. Objective To establish the structure of medical equipment management system that based on RFID technology,and realize the informatization,rationalization and standardized management of medical equipment.Methods Using the three-layer frame structure,RFID technology was used to build the model of medical equipment management system structure to realize the real-time monitoring,data acquisition,data analysis and intelligent alarm of the whole life cycle of medical equipment.The data recorded after the execution of the system and the data recorded before the execution of the system were analyzed by SPSS 25.0.Results Asset management pass rate in two modes Asset management pass rate,scrap pass rate,training pass rate,equipment integrity rate,failure rate,average response time,maintenance efficiency,preventive maintenance completion rate,quality control inspection completion rate[under traditional mode(94.84%,91.26%,94.62%,96.25%,24.68%,30.29min,93.66%,91.43%,83.52%)vs in QMS mode(97.57%,98.73%,97.47%,98.51%,20.84%,5.65min,98.47%,98.79%,92.38%)],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Information management strengthens the management of medical equipment and avoids the loss of assets;Real-time monitoring of data can improve the user’s proficiency in equipment and reduce adverse events and equipment failures caused by improper use;Intelligent data analysis and information management shorten the equipment maintenance time,work efficiency and equipment perfect rate and reduce the equipment failure rate effectively protect the safe and reliable use of medical equipment,equipment catalog,orderly,standardized and intelligent management.
