摘要
目的血管吻合技术是临床外科医师必备的基本技能,多数医学生为提高该项技术,需要大量的动物试验进行操作训练,前期准备复杂、繁琐,训练结果也难以评判,为实现高效、便捷、低成本的进行血管吻合操作训练及效果测试,研制一种血管吻合试验台,用于模拟临床血管吻合操作及检验血管吻合质量.方法血管吻合试验台由测试单元和控制单元两部分构建.测试单元包括设于机箱内部的密封金属储罐、连接管和设于机箱顶部的测试盒等元件,可以实现血管的快速连接和通路建立;控制单元可以完成血压、血液流速及液体温度的控制,模拟人体血管压力和血液流速,其主要由电源、控制芯片及其连接的电子元器件组成.结果利用该设备以新鲜或冻存血管为操作对象,进行血管手工缝合吻合、血管器械吻合及血管材料修补等操作,展示平台不仅可以训练医学生的血管吻合操作技术,还可以直观、快速验证血管吻合质量.结论血管吻合试验台可提供一种低成本、高效的血管吻合操作训练方法,有望成为临床医生培养、血管吻合器械检测等血管相关操作的可靠台.
Objective Vascular anastomosis is a basic skill which is essential to clinical surgeons.In order to improve this skill,most medical students need a lot of animal experiments for operation training.However,the preliminary preparation is complex and cumbersome and the training results are difficult to judge.A vascular anastomosis test-bench is developed to simulate clinical vascular anastomosis operation and test the quality of vascular anastomosis.Based on this test-bench the efficient,convenient,and low-cost vascular anastomosis operation training and effect test is achieved.Methods The vascular anastomosis test rig was composed of test unit and control unit.The test unit included sealed metal storage tank,connecting tube and test box on the top of the chassis,which could realize fast connection and pathway establishment of blood vessels.The control unit could complete the control of blood pressure,blood flow rate and liquid temperature,and simulate the blood vessel pressure and blood flow rate of human body.It was mainly composed of power supply,control chip and connected electronic components.Results The equipment was used to operate fresh or frozen blood vessels for manual suture and anastomosis of blood vessels,vascular instrument anastomosis and vascular material repair.This platform could not only train medical students in vascular anastomosis technique,but also intuitively and quickly verify the quality of vascular anastomosis.Conclusion The vascular anastomosis test bench can provide a low-cost and efficient training method for vascular anastomosis operation,and is expected to become a reliable platform for the training of clinicians and the detection of vascular anastomosis devices.
