国内外医用直线加速器可靠性对比研究

Comparative study on reliability of medical linear accelerators at home and abroad

目的探索国内外医用直线加速器的可靠性差距,为指导医疗卫生机构提高医疗设备的使用可靠性提供参考.方法运用可靠性评价方法,选取平均首次故障前工作时间、平均无故障工作时间、故障率、平均维修时间、可用度的五个可靠性指标,对国内外五种不同型号的医用直线加速器进行可靠性对比.结果可靠性数据对比显示,五种型号设备的平均故障前工作时间数值差别较大,设备a的数值高达536.67h,设备c的数值最低为125.67h,五种型号设备的可用度差别最小,均能达到97.5%以上.结论平均首次故障前工作时间、平均无故障工作时间和平均维修时间均是国内外不同医用直线加速器的可靠性存在差距的关键因素,且因平均首次故障前工作时间评分低导致的可靠性差异最为明显.

Objective To explore the reliability gap of medical linear accelerators at home and abroad,and to provide reference for guiding medical and health institutions to improve the reliability of medical equipment.Methods The reliability evaluation method was used to compare the reliability of five different types of medical linear accelerators at home and abroad.Results The comparison of reliability data showed that the average working time before failure of the five types of equipment varies greatly.The value of equipment A was as high as 536.67 hours,and the equipment C ranked lowest at 125.67 hours,and the availability difference of the five types of equipment was the smallest,which could reach more than 97.5%.Conclusion MTTFF,MTBF and MTTR are the key factors for the reliability gap of different medical linear accelerators at home and abroad,and the reliability difference caused by low MTTFF score is the most obvious.
