The project construction of China National Arts and Crafts Museum·China Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum adopts the PM mode of entrusted management, and uses the practical experience, professional theories and management methods of professional project management companies to provide scientific, orderly and efficient decision-making basis for the owner, in terms of system establishment, procurement management, design management,plan management, investment management and other aspects to achieve the established objectives of the construction project.
