摘要
杭州大会展中心标准展厅屋盖平面呈扇面状,立面呈折线状,主桁架跨度81m。屋面主桁架采用三角形立体桁架,上弦沿建筑折线造型变化,桁架间距18m,结构简洁,造型大方,实现了结构即建筑的理念。本文介绍了展厅屋盖结构的设计过程,分析了结构的振型特征与内力分布情况,结合抗震性能目标分析了关键构件的应力状态,对复杂节点进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,展厅屋盖结构整体性良好,刚度均匀,能够满足设计要求及抗震性能化目标,希望能对以后类似的工程提供借鉴。
The roof of the exhibition hall of Hangzhou Grand Exhibition Center has a fan-shaped plane and a broken line facade. The span of the main truss is 81m and the cantilever length is 12~23m. The highest point of the ridge of the single-layer exhibition hall is 25.8m and the double-layer is 41.7m. The roof main truss adopts triangular space truss,and the distance between trusses is 18m. The shape of the upper chord changes along the building broken line, which realizes the concept of architecture by structure. In this paper, the design process of the roof structure is introduced,the vibration mode characteristics and internal force distribution are analyzed, the stress state is studied combined with the seismic performance target, and a finite element analysis for the complex joints is carried out. The analysis results show that the roof structure of the exhibition hall has good integrity and uniform stiffness, which can meet the design requirements and seismic performance target. It is hoped to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
