共建“一带一路”背景下有色金属行业投资行为研究

Research on investment behavior of non-ferrous metal industry under the background of building the Belt and Road

共建“一带一路”为有色金属行业带来发展机遇。在此背景下,评估共建“一带一路”对有色金属行业投资行为的政策效应具有重要现实意义。本文运用PSM-DID方法分析共建“一带一路”对有色金属行业投资水平的影响,并细化研究其对有色金属行业投资行为的异质性影响。实证结果发现:共建“一带一路”对实施重点区域的有色金属企业投资行为有显著影响,但也存在区域性差异。其中,对东部地区企业投资行为表现为正向显著影响。未来,建议有色金属企业积极“走出去”,建立境外经贸合作区、优化产业布局、加强有色金属合作保障机制等。

Building the Belt and Road brings opportunities for the development of the non-ferrous metal industry. It is of practical significance to evaluate the policy effect of building the Belt and Road on the investment behavior of the non-ferrous metal industry. In this paper, PSM-DID method is used to analyze the impact of building the Belt and Road on the investment level of the non-ferrous metal industry, and the heterogeneity impact on the investment behavior of the non-ferrous metal industry is studied in detail. Empirical results had proven that building the Belt and Road has a significant impact on the investment behavior of non-ferrous metal enterprises in key regions, but there are also regional differences. Among them, it has a positive and significant impact on the investment behavior of enterprises in the eastern region. In the future, it is suggested that the non-ferrous metal industry establish overseas economic and trade cooperation zones, optimize industrial layout, and strengthen the guarantee mechanism of non-ferrous metal cooperation.
