摘要
积极发展对外文化贸易既有利于增强中国对外贸易的整体竞争力,又有利于促进对外文化交流互鉴。本文运用改进的Anderson和Wincoop一般均衡模型对中国向“一带一路”沿线国家出口文化产品的贸易成本进行测度,在此基础上建立面板数据模型对其影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明:进口国政府治理有效性、文化距离、地理位置等因素显著影响文化产品出口成本,并呈现不同的变化趋势,建应从缩短与“一带一路”沿线国家的“距离”、加强与“一带一路”沿线国家的政策协调和深化与“一带一路”沿线国家的开放合作这三方面出发,努力降低文化产品出口贸易成本。
The development of cultural trade is not only conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of China’s foreign trade, but also conducive to promoting cultural exchange. This paper measures the trade costs of China’s exports of cultural products to countries along the Belt and Road using a modified Anderson and Wincoop’s general equilibrium model, and then builds a panel data model to analyze the influencing factors of cultural products exports. The result shows that the effectiveness of government governance, cultural distance and geographical location affect the export cost of cultural products significantly. It is recommended to reduce the export cost of cultural products by shortening the distance between China and countries along the Belt and Road, strengthening policy coordination and deepening cooperation with those countries.
