制造业绿色供应链协调机制选择研究

Research on the Choice of Coordination Mechanism of Manufacturing Green Supply Chain

碳达峰、碳中和目标背景下,构建制造业绿色供应链并完善其协调机制、创新融合已然成为制造业供应链变革重构的重要内容。本文基于消费者绿色偏好背景,建立成本分担、收益共享、收益共享下的讨价还价契约模型;同时,利用数值模拟比较三种契约机制下消费者产品绿色化敏感程度及其绿色供应链最优决策和绩效的影响。研究表明:成本分担、收益共享两种契约可以有效地改善供应链成员利润分配,提升产品绿色化水平;从而收益共享下的讨价还价契约可能会损害供应链中零售商的利润,而无法实现制造业绿色供应链的协调。最后,本文基于研究结果,提出加大对信息共享的投入、提升制造商与零售商双方合作意识、增强提升消费者绿色环保意识等建议。

Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, building a green supply chain in the manufacturing industry, improving its coordination mechanism, and innovation and integration have become an important part of the transformation and reconstruction of the manufacturing supply chain. Based on the background of consumers’ green preference, this paper establishes a bargaining contract model under cost-sharing, revenue sharing, and revenue sharing contract. At the same time, numerical simulation is used to compare the influence of the change of green sensitivity of consumer products on the optimal decision and performance of the green supply chain under the three contract mechanisms. The results show that cost-sharing and revenue-sharing contracts can effectively improve the profit distribution of supply chain members and enhance the level of product greening. However, the bargaining contract under revenue sharing may damage the profits of retailers in the supply chain, and the coordination of the manufacturing green supply chain cannot be realized. Finally, based on the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as increasing input in information sharing, enhancing cooperation awareness between manufacturers and retailers, and enhancing consumers’ awareness of green environmental protection.
