创新生态系统下制度压力对核心企业影响研究

Research on the Influence of Institutional Legitimacy on Core Enterprises Under the Innovation Ecosystem

创新生态系统作为引领国家创新驱动发展战略的重要组成部分,是提升各类市场主体创新绩效的关键因素。本文从合法性视角探究多维制度压力的交互作用对创新生态系统中核心企业创新绩效的影响,以及高管团队创新注意力在其中的调节作用。结果表明:(1)企业创新生态系统中的规制合法性、规范合法性和认知合法性均对核心企业创新有正向影响;(2)规制合法性和规范合法性对核心企业创新的影响主要体现为替代效应,而规范合法性和认知合法性对核心企业创新的影响主要体现为互补效应;(3)高管创新注意力能够减弱规制合法性和规范合法性对核心企业创新的替代作用。本文结论有助于从合法性视角更好地理解企业创新生态系统的作用机理,同时为创新生态系统内核心企业与成员企业的创新实践提供理论参考。

Innovative ecosystems, as an important part of leading national innovation-driven development strategy, are the key factor in improving the performance of various market entities. From the perspective of legitimacy, the impact of the interaction of the legitimacy of the multi-dimensional system on the innovative performance of the core enterprises in the innovation ecosystem, and the regulatory role of the innovative attention of the executive team were studied. The results show that:(1) The regulatory legitimacy, regulatory legitimacy and cognitive legality of the enterprise innovation ecosystem have a positive impact on core enterprises’ innovation;(2) It is mainly reflected in the alternative effect, andthe influence of regulatory legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy on core enterprises is mainly reflected as complementary effects;(3) executive innovation can weaken the alternative of the innovation of core enterprise innovation and regulatory legitimacy of the regulatory corporate innovation effect. This article concludes that it will help better understand the mechanism of enterprise innovation ecosystem from the perspective of legitimacy, and at the same time provide theoretical reference for the innovative practice of core enterprises and member enterprises in the innovative ecosystem.
