摘要
为研究金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽对芍药苷的抗氧化活性的影响,以2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)自由基清除活性为考察指标,研究金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽、芍药昔以及复配物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,本实验中芍药苷与胶原蛋白肽组合物有很强的抗氧化能力,可以有效的清除ABTS自由基。通过实验证明,胶原蛋白肽与芍药苷质量比为1:5时,存在高协同抗氧化作用,提高了金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽和芍药苷的抗氧化活性,因此,金枪鱼胶原蛋白肽与芍药苷组合物可以用于制备预防和治疗由自由基引发的疾病以及与氧化应激有关的疾病的药物。
The aim of this research was to study the synergistic antioxidant effect of tuna collagen peptide and paeoniflorin.The synergistic antioxidant activity of tuna collagen peptide and paeoniflorin mixture was evaluated by determining the scavenging rates of the ABTS radicals.Tuna collagen peptide and paeoniflorin and their mixes had certain scavenging effects on ABTS radicals.The mixture tuna collagen and paeoniflorin had the best scavenging effect when the ratio of tuna collagen to paeoniflorin was 1:5.There were significant synergistic antioxidant effects between tuna collagen and paeoniflorin in a dose-dependent manner.Therefore,tuna collagen peptide and paeoniflorin composition can be used to prepare drugs to prevent and treat diseases caused by free radicals and diseases related to oxidative stress.
