Innovating the Party Building Model in Universities with"Categorized Party Building":Based on the Party Building Practice in Jiangsu Open University

新发展格局下,江苏开放大学基于党建工作提质和中心事业发展需要,借鉴中央和国家机关党建经验,从党的建设整体性要求出发,创新提出“分类党建”方案,各类党组织以基层实践不断完善顶层设计、丰富概念内涵,形成党建格局、进阶党建模式、激发党建能量,以党建“红色引擎”引领推动新型大学建设高质量发展。

Against the backdrop of the new development paradigm and the required holism of party building,Jiangsu Open University has proposed an innovative program of"categorized Party building"based on the need to improve the quality of Party building and the development of key undertakings,drawing on the Party building experience of the Party Central Committee and state organs.In terms of grass-roots practice,Party organizations at all levels continue to improve the top-level design,enrich the connotation of concepts,form the Party building paradigm,advance the Party building model,stimulate the energy of Party building and promote the high-quality development of the new type of university with the"red engine"of Party building.
