The Dilemma and Countermeasures in the Tea Picking Opera in Gannan

改革开放之后,赣南采茶戏在发展中追求创新,创作出了一批精品,在全国引起了巨大的反响。但从20世纪90年代中期开始,赣南采茶戏的发展陷入了人才流失严重、演出市场萎缩、创新力度不足、传播方式单一的困境。为了走出困境,需要稳定人才队伍并提升人才的综合素质和专业水平,把地方戏曲纳入公共文化服务体系,加大创新力度、实施精品战略,通过多渠道传播。

After the reform and opening up,Gannan's tea-picking opera has pursued innovation in its development,and created a number of high-quality products,which have aroused great repercussions across China.However,since the mid-1990s,the development of tea-picking opera in Gannan has fallen into the dilemma of serious brain drain,shrinking performance market,insufficient innovation,and single communication method.In order to get out of the predicament,there is need to stabilize the talent team and improve the overall quality and professional level of talents,incorporate local opera into the public cultural service system,increase innovation,implement high-quality strategies,and spread it through multiple channels.
