摘要
为解决某装载机在变速箱空挡位置、发动机转速在1 300 r/min左右、工作装置举升时产生的啸叫噪声问题,通过排除法及变速箱原理分析,缩小噪声源范围,再通过频谱分析法及实际噪声测试识别出产生噪声的问题齿轮,最后对问题齿轮的装配质量、粗糙度和齿形误差3个关键因素进行严格质量检验和分析,找出造成变速箱噪声的根本原因是齿轮齿形误差超差。针对根本原因对齿轮加工工艺及检验措施优化,齿轮啸叫噪声消失,达到了变速箱降噪的目的,并为同类问题提供了典型案例分析方法和解决思路。
Point at the noise problem of a wheel loader gearbox in the neutral position when the engine speed is about 1 300 r/min and the working device is lifting,firstly,the elimination method and gearbox principle analysis is used to reduce the noise source range,and secondly,the spectrum analysis and actual noise test is adopted to identify the noise problem gear.Finally,strict quality inspection and analysis of the three key factors those are the gear assembly quality,gear roughness and the problem of tooth profile error is carried out to find out the root cause of the gearbox noise.The results show that the root cause of the gearbox noise is out-of-tolerance gear tooth profile error.After the optimization of gear machining process and inspection measures based on the root cause,gear squealing noise is disappeared and the goal of the gearbox noise reduction is achieved.The typical case analysis methods and solutions can also be used to solve similar problems.
