泵控液压机高速配流阀设计及其参数优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高泵控液压机的配流效率,设计了一种具有柱塞腔压强自适应功能的高速配流阀。配流阀受到弹簧参数与阀芯结构的综合影响,引起配流系统稳定性和响应特性变化。基于AMESim平台对配流阀频率和时域特性展开仿真分析,并进行参数优化分析。研究结果表明:随着阀芯增加,配流阀频率特性谐振峰高度表现出先减小后增加变化,确定阀芯质量20 g是较优的;综合谐振高度和系统响应时间确定弹簧刚度0.8 N/m是较优的;当过流孔直径为6 mm时,系统达到了最小回流量,发生了小幅波动,获得了最小的阀座撞击力;当过流孔数量提高到6时,系统保持稳定回流量,此时阀芯运动最大运动速度和启闭时间达到最小;为锥阀阀芯底部设置阻尼孔后能有效降低阀座受到的冲击,最终将阻尼孔径设定在1.5 mm的最优值。 In order to improve the flow distribution efficiency of emulsion pump,a high speed valve with plunger chamber pressure adaptive function was designed.The valve is influenced by the spring parameters and the structure of the valve core,which causes the change of the stability and response characteristics of the valve system.Based on AMESim platform,its frequency and time domain characteristics were simulated and analyzed,and its parameters were optimized.The results show that with the increasing of valve core,the height resonant peak of frequency characteristic decreases first and then increases,and it is better to determine the valve core mass of 20 g.Combined with the resonance height and the system response time,the spring stiffness of 0.8 N/m is better.Minimum return flow was achieved at 6 mm through hole diameter,with only small fluctuations and minimal seat impact.When the number of over-flow holes increases to 6,the system maintains a stable return flow,and the maximum movement speed and opening and closing time of the spool reach the minimum.The damping hole at the bottom of the cone valve spool can effectively reduce the impact of the valve seat,and the ultimate damping aperture is set at the optimal value of 1.5 mm.
