不同类型分析仪在住院患者CRP水平的测定效果对比及一致性分析

Comparative observation and consistency analysis of different types of analyzers in the determination of CRP level in inpatients

目的探讨住院患者采用不同类型分析仪对C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)水平的测定效果.方法取2020年2月~2021年3月医院接收的128例感染发烧的住院患者,分别抽取其空腹静脉血并利用不同厂家的全自动生化分析仪及特定蛋白分析仪进行检测,记录比较其检测结果,并评估其一致性.结果三组仪器在不同浓度CRP检测中结果均无明显差异(P>0.05);各检测系统间CRP检测结果具有良好的相关性,R2在0.9630~0.9790之间,均≥0.95;经矫正后,三个检测仪器检测结果的相关性均较好,R2均≥0.95,且在0.95~1.05间;医学决定水平处的Ea均大于预期偏差的95%CI,试验方法与比较法均可接受.结论对住院患者进行CRP水平检测期间,不同类型的分析仪其检测结果较为相似,测定效果均较好,且一致性均相对较好,能够有效满足临床的实际需求.

Objective To study the effects of different types of analyzer on C-reaction protein(CRP)level in hospitalized patients.Methods From February 2020 to March 2021,128 inpatients with fever were enrolled in the hospital.Fasting venous blood was collected from them and detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and specific protein analyzer from different manufacturers.The results were recorded and compared,and their consistency was evaluated.Results There was no significant difference between the three groups in different concentrations of CRP(P>0.05).There was a good correlation between CRP detection results of all detection systems,with R^(2)≥0.95 between 0.9630-0.9790.After correction,the correlation between the test results of the three instruments was good,R^(2)≥0.95,and between 0.95 and 1.05.Ea at medical decision level was>95%CI of expected deviation,and both experimental and comparative methods were acceptable.Conclusion During the period of CRP level detection in hospitalized patients,the results of different types of analyzers are relatively similar,the determination effect is good,and the consistency is relatively good,which can effectively meet the actual clinical needs.
