显微镜辅助下颈前路减压植骨融合术治疗颈椎病疗效研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析显微镜辅助下颈前路减压植骨融合术对颈椎病患者治疗效果影响.方法选取2018年1月~2021年12月入院治疗的146例颈椎病患者,治疗方法的不同分为研究组、对照组,研究组采取显微镜辅助下颈前路减压植骨融合术治疗,对照组开放术式手术治疗颈椎病,比较两组治疗效果、安全性等差异.结果研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,睡眠质量评分、VAS量表评分、手术时间均低于对照组,研究组JOA评分、椎间高度均高于对照组,NDI、住院时间均低于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率94.52%,并发症发病率5.47%,对照组治疗总有效率82.19%,并发症发病率8.21%,差异明显(P<0.05).结论颈椎病会导致脑供血异常等问题,严重威胁患者的生命安全,严重时造成患者休克,常规治疗均远期疗效较差,对患者开展显微镜辅助下颈前路减压植骨融合术治疗效果更高,较开放式手术安全性更强. Objective To analyze the effects of microscope assisted anterior cervical decompression,bone grafting and fusion on patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 146 patients with cervical spondylosis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021,were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods.The study group was treated with microscope assisted anterior cervical decompression,bone grafting and fusion,and the control group was treated with open surgery.The therapeutic effects and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the sleep quality score,VAS scale score and operation time were all lower than those of the control group,the JOA score and intervertebral height of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the NDI and hospitalization time were lower than those of the control group.The total effective rate of the study group was 94.52%,the incidence rate of complications was 5.47%,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.19%,and the incidence rate of complications was 8.21%.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical spondylosis can lead to abnormal cerebral blood supply and other problems,which seriously threaten the life safety of patients and cause shock in severe cases.The long-term efficacy of conventional treatment is poor.The treatment effect of anterior cervical decompression,bone grafting and fusion assisted by microscope is higher and safer than open hand surgery,which is worthy of attention.
