透明质酸钠凝胶和自体脂肪颗粒在面颊部凹陷填充 的临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Sodium Hyaluronate Gel and Autologous Fat Granules on Filling Cheek Pits

目的探索透明质酸钠凝胶和自体脂肪颗粒在面颊部凹陷填充的不同临床效果比较。方法选取2019年2月~2021年2月在我院进行注射填充面颊部凹陷的女性求美者中抽取100例作为研究对象,其中透明质酸钠凝胶组50例(Ⅰ°10例、Ⅱ°16例、Ⅲ°18例、Ⅳ°6例)、自体脂肪颗粒组50例(Ⅰ°5例、Ⅱ°10例、Ⅲ°18例、Ⅳ°17例),观察比较两组求美者之间注射后局部肿胀情况及消退时间、注射的效果和满意率、并发症。结果两组注射后的肿胀情况和肿胀消退时间和注射量有明显关系,注射量越多,肿胀越明显和肿胀消退时间更长,自体脂肪颗粒组的肿胀情况和肿胀消退时间比透明质酸钠凝胶组更明显,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);注射效果和满意率的比较,即刻、术后1个月、术后一年为Ⅰ°>Ⅱ°>Ⅲ°>Ⅳ°,自体脂肪颗粒组则是Ⅳ°>Ⅲ°>Ⅱ°>Ⅰ,两组的Ⅲ°、Ⅳ°的求美者,自体脂肪颗粒组明显高于透明质酸钠凝胶组,而Ⅰ°、Ⅱ°则相反,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);注射后的并发症(硬结、淤青)均与注射量有明显关系,注射量越多,这些并发症越明显,两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在面颊部凹陷的治疗中,对Ⅰ°、Ⅱ°的求美者首选透明质酸钠凝胶注射填充,而Ⅲ°、Ⅳ°的求美者则优先考虑自体脂肪颗粒注射填充;选用合适的方法可以大大增加面颊部凹陷的求美者治疗的满意度。

Objective To explore the different clinical effects of sodium hyaluronate gel and autologous fat granules on filling the cheeks.Methods From February 2019 to February 2021,100 women who were filled with cheek depression in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Among them,50 cases were treated with sodium hyaluronate gel(Ⅰ degrees 10 cases,Ⅱ degrees 16 cases,Ⅲ degrees 18 cases,Ⅳ degrees 6 cases),auto fat granule group 50 cases(Ⅰ degree 5 cases,Ⅱ degree 10 cases,Ⅲ degree 18 cases,Ⅳ degree 17 cases).The effect,satisfaction rate and complications of injection.Results There was a significant relationship between the swelling and swelling subsiding time and injection volume in the two groups.The more the amount of injection,the longer the swelling and the longer the swelling subsided.The swelling time and swelling subsiding time of the autologous fat granule group were more obvious than those of sodium hyaluronate gel group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the injection effect and the satisfaction rate was Ⅰ degrees Ⅱ>Ⅲ degrees>Ⅳ degrees immediately after operation,1 months after operation and one year after operation.The autologous fat granule group was Ⅳ degree>Ⅲ degree>Ⅱ degree>Ⅰ.The two groups of Ⅲ and Ⅳ degrees were significantly higher than those of the sodium hyaluronate gel group,while the Ⅰ degree and the degree of inhibition were opposite.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications(induration and bruise)after injection were significantly related to the injection volume.The more the injection volume,the more obvious these complications were.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cheek depression,hyaluronic acid gel injection is preferred for those seeking beauty at Ⅰ degrees and Ⅱ degrees,while those who seek beauty at Ⅲ and Ⅳ degrees will give priority to autologous fat particles injection.Choosing appropriate methods can greatly increase the satisfaction of beauty seekers with concave cheeks..
