新型AI温控射频与手法治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效对比分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the New AI Temperature-controlled Radiofrequency and Manipulation Curative Effect on the Treatment of Myofascial Pelvic Pain Syndrome

摘要 目的探讨新型AI温控射频与手法治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征(Myofascial pelvic pain syndrome,MPPS)患者的疗效。方法选取2020年05月至2021年08月于郑州大学第三附属医院就诊并成功随访的MPPS患者87例。按照治疗方式分为观察组(42例)与对照组(45例),观察组采用新型AI温控射频治疗,对照组采用手法治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗结束后(治疗后),观察两组患者治疗前后的疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分及盆底表面肌电评估(Glazer评估)测量指标的变化、治疗后的临床疗效及治疗结束后1个月后疼痛复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者NRS评分、前后静息肌电值基线较治疗前、对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组患者快速收缩阶段峰值、紧张收缩阶段及耐力收缩阶段平均波幅较治疗前、对照组显著升高(P<0.05);两组患者扳机点个数较治疗前均有所减少,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过治疗,观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为90.48%及86.67%,复发率分别为7.14%及11.11%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新型AI温控射频技术是治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的有效方法,该方法值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the new AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency and manipulation curative effect on the treatment of myofascial pelvic pain syndrome(MPPS).Methods Eighty-seven patients with MPPS treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2020 to August 2021 were selected and followed up.The patients were divided into observation group(n=42,treated with the AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency)and control group(n=45,treated with manipulation)based on the treatment mode.The changes of the pain degree and pelvic floor surface electromyography before and after treatment,the clinical curative effect after treatment and the pain recurrence rate 1 month after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of pelvic pains and the former and the latter resting potential in the observation group are significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Besides,the peak in rapid contraction phase,the average amplitudes in tension contraction phase and endurance contraction phase are higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of trigger points decreased in the two groups,and there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group is 90.48%and 86.67%,respectively.Moreover,the recurrence rate between the two group is 7.14%and 11.11%,respectively.The differences between two groups are not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The new AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency technique is an effective method for the treatment of myofascial pelvic pain syndrome,and this method is worthy of clinical application.
