人富血小板血浆试管法人工制备及保存的研究进展

富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich Plasma,PRP)作为一种含高浓度血小板的浓缩物由来已久,其在促进细胞增殖、加快愈合等方面具有重要作用,近年来已在临床众多领域广泛应用。同时,PRP也作为一种面部年轻化的治疗手段,开始越来越多的应用到医疗美容领域。目前国内常用的PRP制备方法为试管手工法。但是在此法制备过程中多种因素影响其最终的质量和产量。同时,PRP在临床中多即采即用,目前缺少统一的储存标准,而组织修复通常需长期多次应用PRP。因此,本文就近年来PRP的试管手工制备法及保存进行综述,期望为其规范化制备及保存提供参考。

Platelet-rich plasma(PRP),as a product with high concentration of platelets,has been widely used in many clinical fields in recent years because of its important role in promoting cell proliferation and healing.Meanwhile,PRP,as a treatment for facial rejuvenation,has been increasingly applied in the field of medical cosmetology At present,the commonly used preparation method of PRP in China is tube manual method,but many factors affect its final quality in the process.Meanwhile,it is often prepared and used immediately in clinical practice and there is a lack of unified storage standards.However,normal tissue repair usually requires long-term and repeated application of PRP.In this paper,the preparation and preservation method of PRP in vitro in recent years are reviewed,hoping to provide some reference for its standardized preparation and preservation.
