微等离子束治疗瘢痕的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 瘢痕是创伤修复过程中必然的产物,临床上已出现很多治疗瘢痕的方法,由于治疗效果差异大且患者满意度不高,因此人们迫切需要更多治疗瘢痕的新手段出现。近年来随着新兴光电设备的问世,微创治疗成为治疗瘢痕的一种新方式,其中离子束因其独特的治疗原理,不仅能有效改善各类瘢痕,还具有安全性好、有效性高、不良反应少等特点,已逐渐被临床所接受。本文就微等离子束治疗原理及对各类瘢痕的疗效进行综述,为瘢痕临床治疗提供参考。 Scars are an inevitable product of the process of trauma repair,there have been many ways to treat scars in the clinic,due to the large difference in treatment effects and low patient satisfaction,so people urgently need more new means of treating scars.In recent years,with the advent of emerging optoelectronic devices,minimally invasive treatment has become a new way to treat scars,in which the ion beam,because of its unique treatment principle,can not only effectively improve all kinds of scars,but also has the characteristics of good safety,high effectiveness,few adverse reactions,etc.,and has gradually been clinically accepted.This paper reviews the principles of micro-plasma beam therapy and the efficacy of various types of scars,and provides a reference for the clinical treatment of scars.
