细辛碎补汤联合米诺环素对慢性牙周炎患者牙周指标及龈沟液炎症因子的影响

Effect of Xixin Suibu Decoction combined with minocycline on periodontal indexes and inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid in patients with chronic periodontitis

目的探讨细辛碎补汤联合米诺环素对慢性牙周炎患者牙周指标及龈沟液炎症因子的影响。方法选取2019年1月~2021年8月杭州市萧山区中医院接诊的96例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象。以双色球法将患者分为对照组和试验组,每组各48例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上加用米诺环素,试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用细辛碎补汤。比较两组患者的临床疗效、牙周指标、龈沟液炎症因子及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的探诊深度、菌斑指数、探诊出血指数、龈沟液C–反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子–α及白介素–6水平均显著低于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),且试验组以上指标均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.154,P=0.695)。结论细辛碎补汤联合米诺环素可有效提高慢性牙周炎患者疗效,改善牙周指标,其作用机制可能与降低龈沟液炎症因子有关。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xixin Suibu Decoction combined with minocycline on periodontal indexes and inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected for research.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given minocycline on the basis of con-ventional treatment,and the experimental group was given Xixin Suibu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,periodontal indexes,inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the probing depth,plaque index and probing bleeding index,the le-vels of C–reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor–αand interleukin–6 in the gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the above indexes in experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.154,P=0.695).Conclusion Xixin Suibu Decoction combined with minocycline can effectively improve the curative effect and periodontal index of patients with chronic periodontitis,and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid.
