ICF理念下康复大数据平台功能与信息采集方案设计

Design of general plan on function and data acquisition of rehabilitation big data platform under ICF concept

本文基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类理念,从全民康复的角度设计了康复大数据平台总体架构,根据视力残疾、听力残疾、言语残疾、肢体残疾、智力残疾、精神残疾等6类残疾人的康复需求,分别从身体结构、身体功能、活动和参与以及背景因素4个方面确定康复采集内容,以期对不同障碍类型的残疾人建立科学、规范的康复档案,为康复大数据平台的有效建设奠定基础。本研究将在优化康复流程和康复资源配置、康复大数据的共享与整合等方面起着积极的推进作用。

Based on the concept of international classification of functioning,disability and health,this paper designs the overall framework of rehabilitation big data platform from the perspective of national rehabilitation.According to the rehabilitation needs of six types of disabled persons,including visual disability,hearing disability,speech disability,physical disability,intellectual disability and mental disability,the rehabilitation collection contents are determined from four aspects:physical structure,physical function,activity and participation,and background factors.It can establish scientific and standardized rehabilitation archives for disabled people with different types of disabilities,and lay the foundation for the effective construction of rehabilitation big data platform.This study will play a positive role in optimizing the rehabilitation process and the allocation of rehabilitation resources,and the sharing and integration of rehabilitation big data.
