摘要
使用糖足辅具可有效改善糖足患者足底压力分布,但传统批量生产的鞋垫无论是设计还是生产工艺都无法满足患者的足部个性化需求。使用3D打印定制糖足辅具可利用其快速成型的特点,对定制辅具进行优化设计,使其能在有效降低足底峰值压力的同时,节约时间和经济成本。文章综述了制鞋行业主要使用的3D打印技术、糖足及糖足辅具的应用现状及发展前景,为3D打印糖足辅具的设计提供研究方向。
The use of sugar foot aids can effectively improve the plantar pressure distribution of patients with sugar foot,but the traditional mass-produced insoles can not meet the personalized needs of patients’feet either in design or production process.Using 3 D printing to customize sugar foot aids can take advantage of its rapid prototyping characteristics to optimize the design of customized aids,so that it can effectively reduce the peak plantar pressure and save time and economic cost.This paper summarizes the 3 D printing technology mainly used in the shoemaking industry,the application status and development prospect of sugar foot and sugar foot aids,so as to provide research direction for the design of 3 D printing sugar foot aids.
