Treatment of Chronic Constipation by“Method of Acupoint Selection Through Compatibility of Five Meridians”from Huxiang Acupuncture and Massage Academic School

湖湘针推是主要强调经脉-脏腑相关,以五行生克制化为治疗原则核心的学术流派。其临床取穴特点——五经配伍取穴法强调一经调控多脏、多经司控一脏和补母泻子理念。慢性便秘是一种多发的功能性肠病,反复发作易继发精神心理障碍、肛肠病、心脑血管疾病等。本文基于五经配伍取穴法,结合湖南地区慢性便秘高发证候类型——气滞证、湿热证、脾虚证、气血两虚证,对慢性便秘辨治进行探讨,为临床治疗提供参考。

The Huxiang acupuncture and massage academic school emphasizes the correlation with meridians and viscera.And it takes interpromotion and interrestraint of the five elements as the core of therapeutic principle.The features of its clinical acupoint selection-the method of acupoint selection through compatibility of five meridians,emphasizes that one meridian could regulate multiple organs,multiple meridians control one organ,and child-mother reinforcing-reducing method.Chronic constipation is a frequently-occurring functional intestinal disease.As a common frequently occurred secondary mental,it may result in psychological disorders,anorectal diseases,cardiovascular,and cerebrovascular diseases.Based on the method of acupoints selection through combination of five meridians and high occurrence syndrome types of Hunan Province,including syndrome of qi stagnation,syndrome of damp-heat,syndrome of asthenic spleen,syndrome of qi-blood deficiency,this article discussed the treatment for chronic constipation and provide reference for clinical treatment.
