我国海洋塑料垃圾污染的治理困境及对策探析

当前海洋塑料垃圾污染问题日益严峻,已成为国内外普遍关注的热点问题。我国作为全球海洋治理的一份子,有必要针对污染问题的成因进行妥善分析,探析有效的治理对策和科学系统的治理体系,为构建海洋命运共同体贡献一己之力。从海洋命运共同体的角度阐释了我国进行海洋塑料垃圾污染治理的现实意义,从各责任主体、法律、国际层面分析现有阶段治理存在的问题,并结合我国当前情况与国际形势,提出海洋塑料垃圾治理的优化路径。

At present,the pollution problem of marine plastic waste is becoming more and more serious,which has become a hot issue at home and abroad.As a member of global marine governance,it is necessary for China to properly analyze the causes of pollution problems,explore effective governance countermeasures and scientific and systematic governance system,and contribute to the construction of a marine community with a shared future.This paper explained the practical significance of China's marine plastic waste pollution control from the perspective of the marine community of shared future,analyzes the problems existing in the current stage of treatment from various responsible subjects,laws and international levels,and put forward the optimal path of marine plastic waste treatment in combination with China's current situation and international situation.
