焦点式心理护理对慢性肾功能衰竭患者日常生活能力及满意度的影响

Effect of Focus Psychological Nursing on Daily Living Ability and Satisfaction of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的研究焦点式心理护理对慢性肾功能衰竭患者日常生活能力及满意度的影响。方法选取2020年5月-2021年5月泰和县人民医院诊治的64例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予焦点式心理护理,比较两组心理状态、日常生活能力、生活质量水平及满意度。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察日常生活能力各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论焦点式心理护理可改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者不良情绪,提高日常生活能力及生活质量,改善,且护理满意度较高。

Objective To study the effect of focus psychological nursing on daily living ability and satisfaction of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 64 patients with chronic renal failure treated in Taihe County People’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given focus psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,daily living ability,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of activity of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 81.25% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focus psychological nursing can improve the bad mood of patients with chronic renal failure,improve the ability of activity of daily living and quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
