Construction Industry Worker Performance Information Sharing Scheme Based on Blockchain

建筑产业工人队伍是实现我国建筑业转型升级、打造建造强国的人才基础,专业化的绩效管理是培育高素质高技能的产业工人队伍的关键因素。然而,目前建筑企业缺乏对建筑工人绩效信息进行统一管理的有效途径,存在工人绩效信息分散、真实性存疑等问题。区块链技术可以帮助建筑企业实现工人绩效信息可信共享。本文结合区块链技术特征,探讨了区块链技术在绩效信息共享方面的适用性,创新性地提出了基于区块链的建筑工人绩效信息共享方案。最后,本文针对建筑工人绩效管理需求设计并实现了多个业务模块,为建筑产业工人绩效信息共享管理提供支持。

Construction industry workers are the talent foundation to realize the transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry and build a powerful country.However,construction companies currently lack an effective way to uniformly manage construction worker performance information,and there are problems such as scattered worker performance information and doubts about its authenticity.Blockchain technology can help construction companies achieve credible sharing of worker performance information.Combining the characteristics of blockchain technology,this paper discusses the applicability of blockchain technology in performance information sharing,and innovatively proposes a blockchain-based construction worker performance information sharing program.Finally,this paper designs and implements a number of business modules in response to the needs of construction workers’performance management to provide support for the management of construction industry workers’performance information sharing.
