摘要
超高层结构的楼盖形式不仅直接影响到结构的受力、变形及动力特性,而且对工程造价、施工、工期,以及建筑效果等都会产生影响。本文根据常用楼盖体系类别及其特点和要求,结合某超高层框架核心筒工程实例,选取了四种工程中常用钢筋混凝土楼盖体系,计算并对比分析了质量、经济指标、动力特性、不同工况下核心筒墙体平面外受力性能以及不同楼盖在竖向荷载作用下的变形等相关结果,同时分析了不同楼盖建模方式对结构动力特性的影响。分析结果表明,楼盖刚度越大,结构整体刚度越大,对于框筒结构剪力后滞的影响越小,同时对框架与核心筒之间的剪力分配产生影响;当楼盖刚度较大且混凝土墙体轴力较小时,核心筒外墙存在较大的平面外弯矩,为大偏心受压构件,此时不能忽略其平面外承载力验算。
The floor form of a super high-rise structure not only directly affects the force,deformation and dynamic characteristics of the structure,but also affects the project cost,construction period and architectural effect.The masses,dynamic properties,deformations and out plane bearing capacities of the core tube wall of the super high-rise structure with different reinforced concrete floor systems are investigated in this paper.Meanwhile,the influence of different floor modeling methods on the structural vibration period is also analyzed.Through the analysis results,it can be concluded that the overall stiffness of the structure increases with the growth of the stiffness of the floor structure,the shear distribution between frame and core tube is also influenced.For a structure with a large floor stiffness,the shear lag effect of the frame tube structure is conducted.The checking calculation of out plane bearing capacity of the core tube wall cannot be ignored with a large floor stiffness and a small axial force.
